About Client

Libra Group UAE has been operating in Dubai since 2001, and by the time Teknoppy came on board, that wasn't the problem — the website was. The company runs six distinct service lines — cleaning, SIRA-certified security, HVAC/MEP maintenance, lifeguard services, concierge, and interior fit-out — serving corporate and industrial clients across the UAE. That's a lot of ground for one homepage to cover without either overwhelming a visitor or burying the credentials that actually win B2B trust, like SIRA certification.

Note: this case study covers the web application/website work delivered for Libra Group UAE.

Challenges

01

Six services, one undifferentiated homepage

Cleaning, security, HVAC, MEP, lifeguard, and interiors are very different buying decisions with very different buyers. A corporate security lead and a residential cleaning customer shouldn't land on the same generic pitch.

02

SIRA certification buried instead of leading

For a security services buyer, certification is often the first filter, not a footnote. Left as plain text, it does none of the trust-building work it's capable of.

03

No repeatable next step for a B2B sales cycle

Facility management is a considered purchase with a procurement process behind it. Without a consistent "Request a Quote" path on every service page, each visit risked ending in a dead click instead of a lead.

Campaign Objective

Teknoppy's job was to turn two decades of operating history and six service divisions into a single site that a facilities manager or procurement lead could navigate in under a minute — and come away ready to request a quote.

A comprehensive range of services offered by Teknoppy and their outcomes

01

A dedicated page per service line

Security, Cleaning, Maintenance (with HVAC and MEP nested underneath), Life Guard, Concierge, and Libra Interiors each get their own page, so a visitor self-sorts into the right pitch instead of reading around one that isn't for them.

02

SIRA certification promoted to a first-class trust signal

Certification and 24/7 availability are surfaced as standalone credibility markers on the Security Services page, positioned to do the job they're supposed to do: pre-qualify a cautious corporate buyer before they've read a single paragraph.

03

"Request a Quote" as a consistent thread through every page

The same CTA appears in the hero and follows the visitor through every service page, so wherever someone enters the site, the next step is identical and obvious.

04

A single visual identity holding six businesses together

Interior fit-out, armed security, and janitorial services don't usually sit under one brand without feeling stitched together. The design treats them as one company with range, not six loosely related microsites.

Approach: Discovery, wireframing, and copy/design decisions specific to this project — timeline and key choices — should be pulled from the project intake and added here once confirmed.

FAQ

What was the main challenge in designing Libra Group UAE's website?

Representing six genuinely different service lines — from armed security to interior fit-out — on one site, without diluting the certifications and credentials that matter most to corporate buyers.

How does the site build trust for a B2B security and facilities company?

SIRA certification and other credentials are surfaced as dedicated trust elements rather than folded into general copy, and each service line has its own page so buyers land on content built for their specific need.

Does this project overlap with any of Teknoppy's other case studies?

No — Libra Group UAE sits in the facility management/security services category, distinct from every other industry in Teknoppy's published case studies, so there's no keyword or topic cannibalization between them.
