About Client
General Tech Services is an EIAC & ENAS accredited ISO 17025 calibration laboratory and authorized distributor of 50+ industrial brands, operating out of Sharjah since 1998. With three distinct business lines — calibration, product supply, and engineering services — under one roof, the old site buried the lab's accreditation credibility and made it hard for visitors to tell whether they'd landed on a calibration provider or an equipment shop.
Challenges
Accreditation buried, not led with
EIAC & ENAS ISO 17025 accreditation is General Tech's single strongest trust signal, but the old structure didn't put it in front of visitors early or consistently across the site.
Service and product journeys tangled together
Calibration services, engineering services, and the 50+ brand product catalogue competed for the same navigation space, making it unclear which path to take depending on what a visitor needed.
Categories and equipment left as dead ends
Product categories and calibration disciplines weren't cross-linked, so visitors researching one service (say, torque calibration) had no easy route to related equipment or adjacent disciplines.
Campaign Objective
Teknoppy's goal was to rebuild the site around a structure that puts accreditation trust front and center, cleanly separates the service and product journeys, and connects related categories and equipment so visitors — and search engines — can find their way through the full range of what General Tech Services offers.
Introduction

A comprehensive range of services offered by Teknoppy and their outcomes
Accreditation-led structure
EIAC & ENAS ISO 17025 accreditation, the 15-discipline scope, and 28+ years of operating history are now surfaced in the hero, the "Why General Tech" section, and repeated as trust anchors through the page.
Three clear journeys: Calibration, Products, Services
Navigation and homepage sections now separate Calibration Capabilities, Product Supply, and Engineering Services into distinct, self-contained paths, each with its own entry point and CTA.
Cross-linked categories and disciplines
Calibration disciplines, product categories, and related services now link to each other, so a visitor on a torque calibration page can move naturally into torque tools or adjacent disciplines instead of hitting a dead end.
Approach: Discovery started with a full content and structure audit of the existing site against how visitors actually search for calibration and industrial supply services. From there, Teknoppy mapped a three-pillar architecture (Calibration / Products / Services) before touching design, then built the page templates in Astro to keep the accreditation and trust signals consistent across every service and product page.
